Lakeville School District, a suburb of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan
area, is anticipating multiple teaching position openings in chemistry, physics
and physical science at our two high schools this next school year (2005-06).
Lakeville is a growing community with a school district population of approximately
10,000 students grades K-12. Position openings will be full and/or part time
secondary teaching positions, requiring a Minnesota teaching license, in the
areas:
chemistry and AP chemistry - generally grades 10-12 enroll
physics and AP physics - generally grades 11-12 enroll
physical science - generally grades 9-10 enroll.

Although the positions are not currently posted to the district web site, they will be later this Spring. Interviews are anticipated to begin in April.
We are looking for:
- experienced candidates in the advanced placement area (especially chemistry
this next year)
- flexible candidates who will teach multiple levels of chemistry and/or
physics and/or physical science
- recent graduates with a desire to move into a growing district - teaching
chemistry, physics and physical science
- candidates with coaching and/or supervisory aspirations and abilities.
