From the Earth Day Network:

We are still accepting research questions submissions for Earth Challenge 2020!

You have until December 15, 2018 to submit research questions to help define the critical research questions that will shape Earth Challenge 2020.

Earth Challenge 2020 will engage millions of global citizens in what could be the world's largest coordinated citizen science campaign. Through Earth Challenge 2020 global citizens, like you, can collect more than one billion data points in areas including air quality, water quality, biodiversity, pollution, and human health.

Example questions: How much plastic is in my water? What is the biodiversity of my region? How does air quality impact the health of my community?

To get involved, submit a research question on Twitter (@Earth_Challenge) using #EC2020 or by using the webform.
