Dear Educators,
The McDonald Observatory K-12 education team has created a set of online
professional development activities and videos. Check out our website where we
share some of our favorite astronomy activities and demonstrations, all
designed for teachers to facilitate in the classroom, or from home.
We have posted 5 different astronomy video modules to our Teacher Workshop web
page designed to enrich your instruction, engage student learning, and require
only simple materials from around the house.
In addition, on July 28-30th you're invited to join us for live webinar
follow-up sessions. Our staff will answer questions and provide additional
information about specific activities from our videos. Registration for the
live webinars can also be found on the website above.
