This survey was designed by Christina Merz, a doctoral student in Prescott College's Sustainability program in conjunction with her dissertation research. You are invited to participate in this survey if you are currently a secondary science educator at a school within the United States of America. This survey will take approximately fifteen minutes of your time to complete.

Below is the link to the Google Forms survey which can be completed on your computer, tablet or phone.

Any directly identifiable information will remain confidential such as if you choose to provide your email address to be contacted for participation in the pilot study accompanying this dissertation research.

A summary of survey results and a link to more detailed data analysis will be shared via List-Serve email in summer 2021 at the conclusion of this research study.

Your help is truly appreciated as you voice your experiences, insights and ideas as a science educator. If you have any questions pertaining to the survey please contact Christina Merz by email at Christina.Merz@student.Prescott.edu or the Prescott College Institutional Review Board at irb-board@prescott.edu.
