From the U of M College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences:

We invite high school students to participate in this year's virtual Minnesota Youth Institute on May 17. This program offers a tremendous opportunity for teens to propose solutions to local and global hunger issues while gaining access to scholarships, faculty connections, and programs in the CFANS at the U of M. Registration and papers must be submitted by April 12. Every participant is awarded a $1000 scholarship. Find more information here.
