From Code.org:

Please join me on April 15th at 10:00am PT for a special conversation with Arne Duncan, former U.S. Secretary of Education, about making computer science education available to all students. We’ll discuss why it’s so important for students to learn computer science and how to effectively and equitably provide all students that opportunity in your school and district.

In this one-hour event, you’ll learn about the ways Code.org and our network of regional partners can help you prepare to bring computer science to your school and district or support the expansion of CS. We’ll share more information about our Professional Learning Program for teachers and how you can access scholarships to participate at no cost to your school.

If you can’t attend this session, you may still qualify for a scholarship for Code.org’s Professional Learning Program — please view our program page for details.

Thank you for the work you do preparing students to face the challenges of the 21st century.
