The NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer is currently at sea on the North Atlantic Stepping Stones: New England and Corner Rise Seamounts expedition. Over the next month, we are exploring deep-sea coral and sponge communities, fish habitats, seamounts, ecosystems of the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument, and more.

 

Join us for a live event on our NOAA Ocean Exploration Education Facebook page, where we will meet the explorers on board the ship. Engage with the explorers and learn more about associated education resources. Bring your questions and drop them in the chat for the opportunity to have experts on board the expedition answer live. Our Education Team will also be manning the chat to share educational resources that support topics covered by the expedition.
