From the U of M Arboretum:

The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum offers hands-on, K - 6 science standards-based school programs inspired by plants and nature. Reserve a coveted spot in a seasonal, experiential and memorable school program with the Arboretum. Scholarships are available for qualifying schools.

Field Trips

Come to the Arboretum for a seasonal learning experience in our gardens.

Plantmobile

K - 2 
Reserve a mobile Field Trip, delivered in person, right in your own classroom.

Half Day 1-2 classes: $300-$425
Full Day 2-5 classes: $550-$800
 

Field Trip in-a-Box

K - 6
Order a complete class-sized Field Trip, packed in a box, mailed directly to you.

$175/Box, includes supplies for 32 students + teacher
 
 

Scholarships

Scholarship Request Form opens Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 9 a.m.
  • Scholarships for Arboretum School Programs are available for schools who have a 50% or greater free and reduced lunch eligibility.
  • Yes, you can order your Arboretum School Program today, even before the Scholarship Request Form opens on September 8!
  • After you order your school program, complete the Scholarship Request Form ASAP once it opens on September 8 to request a scholarship that will cover the program that you ordered.
  • Scholarship requests are limited and are fulfilled first come, first served.
