The Minnesota Academy of Science is co-hosting a free workshop this summer at Breck High School. The Advancing STEM Research Teaching Program is a 3-day, in-person professional development workshop taking place August 12–14, 2025, at Breck High School in Golden Valley, MN. Designed for high school STEM educators, the workshop offers comprehensive training, strategies, and customizable resources to help teachers support student-led STEM research in both classroom and extracurricular settings. Participants will explore the full research process, from forming research questions to presenting findings and will gain access to hundreds of editable guides, templates, and rubrics. The workshop is free to attend, with lunch provided daily and free parking.
