Job Description / Duties
Ideal candidates are lifelong learners who are passionate about teaching. They are excited to fully embrace the Visitation mission and are current in the theories and pedagogy of science instruction particularly in the Life Sciences, enjoy collaborating with students and colleagues, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability and energy to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment where students are known, loved, and challenged.
Necessary credentials: Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field and three to five years of teaching experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
