DESCRIPTION:Region 11 will be hosting an afternoon discussion for science
  teachers on Thursday, June 8 from 3:30 - 4:30 PM. As a reminder, MDE's
  science specialist, Angela Kolonich will be joining our discussion. Ou
 r hope is to answer the following questions during the event:\n\n* What 
 do the new standards mean?\n\n* How do we integrate them into our teachi
 ng?\n\n* What are other teachers' experiences?\n\n* What are some availa
 ble resources?\n\nPlease let us know if you will be joining us via Zoom,
