Keynote Speaker: Dr. Katey Walter-Anthony, professor and Aquatic Ecosystem Ecologist from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.

Thursday optional pre-conference event: Weather balloon launch and a tour of the National Weather Service in Chanhassen.
