We are excited to invite you to an exceptional learning opportunity at Hamline University! We are offering a free workshop designed to enrich your understanding of renewable energy while providing practical insights on designing, constructing, and testing energy conversion and storage devices. Together, we'll explore innovative ways to integrate these advancements into your science curricula. 

During the workshop, you will

  • Collaborate with Hamline University professors and students to grasp the fundamentals and engage in hands-on experiments with renewable energy conversion and storage devices, such as lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors.
  • Utilize light microscopes and our cutting-edge scanning electron microscope to visualize the microstructures of various carbon materials used in energy devices.
  • Brainstorm methods to inspire your students to think creatively about renewable energy innovations through teaching pedagogies, experiments, research projects, and more.

This workshop is absolutely FREE! Additionally, we offer full scholarships for educators admitted to the workshop, along with 6 CEUs, and a complimentary lunch. Please note that space is limited for this unique learning experience, so we encourage you to sign up at your earliest convenience.
