Dear Potential MnCoSE Exhibitor,

The Minnesota Science Teachers Association would like to extend an invitation to you and your organization to display your products and/or services at our 2012 Minnesota Conference on Science Education in Duluth!  This is our only conference this year, and we are making it big!  Participants will include teachers and students of science, pre-kindergarten through college.  We anticipate 400-500 conference participants.

The conference and all exhibits will be housed in the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center.  We will dedicate time for attendees to visit exhibits and encourage patronage of your goods and services.  In this venue, there may also be space for over-sized exhibits.  Please contact us personally if we can help you with a unique space need.  Please see the tentative conference schedule here on our website.

The cost for participation at the conference will be $250 per table for commercial businesses and $150 per table for non-profit organizations.  This cost includes a draped table in a booth and lunch for your exhibitors  Electricity is an additional $25 extra if needed.  Additional tables of either type are available for the same per-table fee.

The arena will be open on Thursday, March 1st  in the evening to allow you time for early set-up.  On Friday, March 2nd the arena will be open from 7:00am to 4:30pm for exhibits.  We ask that you remain set up until 4:30 and then tear down at 4:30.  The arena will be locked and secured overnight Thursday.  The deadline for the Exhibitor’s Registration is Friday, Feb 17th, 2012.  The Exhibitor Registration process can all be completed right here via our new secure website.
