MnSTA Conference on Science Education 2022 

We are glad that you are considering supporting Minnesota science and STEM educators by displaying your services at the Minnesota Science Teachers Association (MnSTA) Conference on Science Education (MnCOSE). Exhibitor Registration Exhibitor Shipping Directions

 

Location: Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center (DECC)

The DECC complex is adjacent to the Duluth Harbor, Aerial Lift Bridge, Duluth Aquarium and the waterfront entertainment district. The MnSTA conference will utilize an exhibition hall for the exhibitor booths, lunch seating, and keynote speaker event, providing convenient access for participants to the exhibits. Exhibit Schedule      Full conference schedule

  • Exhibit hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM on Friday, Nov 4. We ask that you be present the entire time.
  • Check-in and set-up Thursday 6:30 - 8:30 PM and/or  Friday 6:30 - 7:30 AM.
  • Participant registration and continental breakfast begins at 7:15 AM. 
  • Concurrent sessions: 8 - 11 AM and 1:15 PM - 4:15 PM.
  • General Session, Keynote, lunch and dedicated time for visiting exhibits are in the exhibition hall 11 AM - 1 PM.
  • Breakfast and lunch for two are included in your registration. Additional meal tickets are available for a fee.
  • There will be dedicated exhibit time and door prize drawings between concurrent sessions.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to provide items for the door prize drawings throughout the day Friday.  Please drop off contributions at check-in time.

  • 8’ X 10’ uncarpeted space with an 8’ back drape and 3’ side walls
  • 8’ skirted table and two chairs
  • Wireless Internet service
  • Additional booth spaces, tables, chairs and electricity are available for an additional fee and may be requested when you register with MnCOSE or added later.
  • A virtual booth will also be provided within the conference app.

 

Conference App and Advertising  

  • In lieu of a printed program, the conference will use a dedicated conference app to access conference information.
  • Exhibitor information and contacts are provided on the app, including a logo, a description of services, website link, video link(s), document links, and exhibitor contact information.
  • Exhibitors may generate a lead list by scanning QR codes of participants from their name tags or device.
  • Exhibitors and participants will be able to exchange messages via the app.
  • A 4.75”(H) X 3.5”(W) color ad in the MnSTA quarterly digital newsletter is included in your registration fee. If you wish to upgrade to a half or full page ad, you may do so for an additional fee.

Presentation Option

  • Exhibitors may present a concurrent “Exhibitor Session” in which they discuss or demonstrate ideas, and promote their products and resources. See the Exhibits Prospectus for rates.

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Up to two organizations/businesses may be Conference Sponsors. The benefits and fees are described in the Exhibits Prospectus.
  • Organizations may sponsor the morning breakfast, noon meal, keynote speaker, Friday social event, and Saturday field trips. Ask for benefits and rates for these opportunities.

Fees and Registration

  • See the Exhibits Prospectus for fees and the registration link. There is a $50 increase in the fees after October 1. 
  • In the event of a cancellation of the conference, exhibitors will receive a full refund of fees.
