The MN ACS Regional Chapter is now accepting nominations for its 2022 High School Chemistry Teacher Award. This award recognizes quality high school chemistry educators for their contributions to further understanding and careers in chemistry.

ACS MN Regional 2022 High School Chemistry Teacher Award

Presented by the Minnesota Chapter of the American Chemical Society

   

 The MN ACS Regional Chapter is now accepting nominations for its 2022 High School Chemistry Teacher Award. This award recognizes quality high school chemistry educators for their contributions to further understanding and careers in chemistry. The award includes a $500 stipend. The award will be presented in May at a regional MN ACS meeting. The awardee will be asked to do a short presentation.

Any current Minnesota Chemistry teacher may be nominated or self-nominated.  The nominee and nominator need not be members of the ACS. The nomination should be a one-page document that should include the nominator's and nominee’s names and contact information.

The award application should include the nominee’s resume or vitae and three letters of support. This material should be emailed to Ramesh C. Kumar rckumar0051@gmail.com, Chair - Awards Committee, MN ACS by March 15, 2022. Any questions should also be directed to Ramesh Kumar.
