The Black Teacher Project (BTP) Fellowship is an 18-month Black teacher affinity cohort experience for teams of two classroom teachers who are committed to exploring Black Identity Development, Wellness, Black Leadership for Liberation, and Quality Instruction Rooted in Blackness.

It is imperative to provide a space that supports Black teachers to reimagine what is possible in their schools and take collective action toward their vision for educational liberation. The Black Teacher Project Fellowship is an 18-Month Black teacher affinity cohort experience for teams of two classroom teachers who are committed to exploring Black Identity Development, Wellness, Black Leadership for Liberation, and Quality Instruction Rooted in Blackness.
