Join us in May for a new Waters to the Sea® Stories webinar: Visualizing the Mississippi River: Geographic Literacy, Cultural Landscapes and Environmental Stewardship.

This webinar will journey through time and space, exploring how the natural and cultural systems of the Mississippi River can be understood through story-driven geographic data visualizations. It features Charlie Fitzpatrick, ESRI K12 Education Manager, and John Shepard, CGEE Assistant Director and creator of CGEE’s Waters to the Sea online learning program. The media-rich presentation will reveal ways that human enterprise has been enriched by and impacted the integrity of the great river’s floodplain ecosystems, wildlife populations, and its enormously verdant and highly threatened Delta.
