Minnesota Minerals Education Workshop
June 20 – 22, 2023
Winona State University
The MMEW is a low-cost, hands-on workshop for teachers to gain information and resources on Minnesota’s geology, mineral resources, and the history of mining from Minnesota’s leading geologists. Its’ been over 10 years since we hosted the workshop in Winona and are excited to return to the Driftless Area to host our 24th event. The workshops are designed with the Minnesota Science Standards in Mind.
We have Two Registration Options this year!
- Busy and can’t make the multi-day conference? Join us for ONE DAY on June 21st !
- Have extra time for a full 2+ day conference? MULTI DAY on June 20 – 22nd !
Early registration for current teachers ends soon - register by May 1st for early bird pricing.
General registration opens May 1st – space is limited!
