UW Oshkosh is offering an online asynchronous PD course called Scientific Modeling and Computation for Teachers, from June 12 to July 7.

This NGSS-aligned course combines the Modeling Method of Instruction, Pivot Interactives, and highly interactive small-group work to provide effective professional development for practicing physics-teaching professionals (grades 10-12). The course also provides a beginner's introduction to spreadsheet physics and VPython. Scientific Modeling and Computation can be taken for 2 or 3 graduate credits.
