Forwarded from BSCS:

We are happy to announce that we are currently recruiting for two new studies regarding our Humane Genetics curriculum. Previous studies have shown that the Humane Genetics curriculum is effective at reducing racial bias in students at the middle school and high school levels, while increasing their knowledge of population genetics and how complex human traits develop. These two new studies are about increasing the effectiveness of different versions of our curriculum. Both studies will begin in the 2023-24 school year and are described in more detail below. Teachers have the opportunity to choose to participate in either of the two studies, but they will only be selected for one study. Stipends are included in both studies.

The deadline to respond for study participation is Thursday, August 31, 2023.
