The Minnesota Minerals Education Workshop has been held in different locations throughout Minnesota for 25 years! What better place in June than the Minnesota Discovery Center celebrating 25 years of hands-on learning about geoscience, mineral resources, and mining history from the experts!
The full program K-12 teacher admission includes nearly three days of immersion in the geology and mine history on Minnesota’s Mesabi Iron Range, including Monday evening dinner, and Tuesday/Wednesday lunch and breaks. A coach bus will transport you to field trip stops. One day program admission is available containing perks of the full program!
