Qualifications / Required Skills
Required Qualifications:
1) Must possess an appropriate MN Teaching license for Science 5-9 or 7-12/9-12 Earth and Space Science/Earth Science along with one of the following: Science 5-8, Physics 7-12/9-12, Chemistry 7-12/9-12, or Physical Sciences (PHY & CHEM) 7*12
2) Ability to establish and maintain high academic standards and positive working relationship with students
3) Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with administration and colleagues
4) Effective communication skills
5) Demonstrated ability in classroom management
6) Knowledge and understanding of instructional theory and practice
Desired Qualifications:
1) Experience teaching 9th grade Science.
