Forwarded from Hamline University:

Lake Superior is the fastest warming of the world's largest lakes due to climate change.

December's Waters to the Sea™ Stories webinar explores the implications of that fact, with special insights offered by two guest presenters. Peter Annin is director of the Burke Center for Freshwater Innovation at Northland College and the author of Great Lakes Water Wars. Artist Jonathan Thunder's digital animations and paintings draw on themes from Ojibwe culture. Both are featured in CGEE's upcoming co-production with PBS North, A Sea Change for Superior: The Warming of the World's Largest Lake.
